Are there any accessories available?

Yes. You can find full details of accessories available HERE.

Do I need to use lava rock or diffusers?

No, these are not necessary. The FORCE™ grill plate is designed with an integrated flame tamer. This stops oils and juices from falling directly onto the burners which will help reduce flare ups.

Can I use natural gas?

The FORCE™ can be converted for use with natural gas with our natural gas conversion kit. Please note conversion of any grill from ULPG to NG (or vice versa) must be done by a licensed gas fitter/technician.

Is there a rotisserie accessory for the FORCE™?

Yes, the rotisserie is an optional accessory available to fit with the FORCE™. The rotisserie kit can be found HERE.

Can I use metal tools on my FORCE™?

Metal tools can be used however there is a risk that incorrect use could scratch the surface of the vitreous enamel grill / plates causing damage. If you wish to use metal tools take care and use caution.

Cleaning & maintenance

How should I store my FORCE™?

When the FORCE™ is not in use, the cylinder valve must be turned OFF (if using LPG / Propane). It can be stored outdoors but must be under cover and covered (preferably with a purpose made FORCE™ grill cover), out of the weather. Ensure the cooking surface is clean before storing away.

Will the cover keep my grill dry?

Our grill covers are water-resistant and are made of 425 GSM UV protected material with a water-resistant lining. Please be aware that you can get humidity and condensation forming between the cover and the FORCE™ depending on your climate and location. It is important to remove the cover and wipe the FORCE™ down once a month to remove any excess moisture that has potentially built-up during storage.

Can I use phosphoric based cleaning solutions?

Do not use phosphoric based cleaners. It is recommended to use a gentle bicarbonate soda paste, instructions on how to create this paste can be found via our YouTube video HERE

Can the FORCE™ plate or grill be placed in the dishwasher?

Putting the grills or plates in the dishwasher is not recommended.
