How do I ignite the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360

Press in the knob and turn left. Once you hear a click keep the knob pressed in for 5 seconds until the burner is ignited. Once ignited set to desired level.  

Where can I use my CUBE™ PROFLAME 360?

The CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 can be used at home or on the go. If you are using the CUBE™ ROFLAME 360 on the go, please observe and follow local barbeque / grill laws.

Can the handles be used to move the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 while it is in use?

The CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 should only be lifted by handles at either side. Never grab the outer body during operation as it will be extremely hot, it is recommended to always use heat resistant gloves during the cooking process.

Will the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 work in a cold climate and is there sufficient heat retention?

Yes, however consider the location of the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 to assist in reducing the impact of the natural elements and further improve the efficiency of your cook.

Can the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 be used indoors?

No.

What type of gas bottles can be used with the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360

Propane gas cartridges with a BOM fitting can be used. An optional LPG / propane gas fitting accessory is available for connections to refillable LPG / propane gas cylinders.

What are the compatible accessories for the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360?

CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 Travel Bag, CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 Reversible Griddle Plate and PROFLAME LPG Hose and Regulator Kit accessories are available.

Where should I store the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 when not in use?

Please ensure the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 has completely cooled after cooking before storing. It should be stored in an area that is dry and protected from the elements.

It is recommended to use the CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 Travel Bag to store your CUBE™ PROFLAME 360 when not in use.

Can I use phosphoric based cleaning solutions?

Do not use phosphoric based cleaners. It is recommended to use a gentle bicarbonate soda paste, instructions on how to create this paste can be found via the YouTube video HERE

How can I clean below the burners?

To clean the burners, use a toothpick or toothbrush to clear the ports of any blockages. Igniting the unit once the blockages are clear will incinerate the blockage material.

Can the grill or plate be placed in the dishwasher?

Putting the grill or plate in the dishwasher is not recommended.

The burner is not igniting

If the burner does not ignite, position the knob to off and wait 5 minutes for any excess gas to clear. Check connections are secure, gas bottle has propane. Once checked try the ignition process again. If the issue persists, contact customer care HERE.
